Merger Announcement
Jamia Institute of Engineering and Management Studies (JIEMS) and Jamia Polytechnic Akkalkuwa (JPA) have been officially merged under the leadership of JIIU to form a unified technical institution i.e., Jamia Institute of Technology with effect from 2025-26 academic year.
This merger brings together the strength of diploma and degree programs under one integrated system, ensuring better coordination, improved resource sharing, and a seamless academic pathway for students.
The unified institution reflects our shared vision of delivering inclusive, high-quality, and industry-oriented technical education to the students of Akkalkuwa and surrounding regions.
